Charles H. Erlanger, Certified industrial hygienist (CIH)

  • Master degree in Biology from St-John’s University and a Master in air pollution from State University of New York. (SUNY).

  • Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP).

  • M. Erlanger was a biology teacher for 27 years at the State University of New York in Farmingdale.

  • Currently an assistant professor in natural sciences at Dowling College. He brings to our team over 35 years of experience in indoor air quality, asbestos and lead related hazard, confined spaces and environment hazardous materials.

Robert Elgart, Ph. D. in Microbiology

  • Biology teacher at State University of New York, Farmingdale, since 30 years, he teaches microbiology to students in nursing.

  • He conducted several microbiology studies mainly for the government.

Robert McDougall, Bachelor’s degree in forest engineering, Université Laval, Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Université Laval, Master’s degree, UQTR.

  • Specialised in C.V.A.C. for nuclear generating station (Gentilly II) and gas turbine (Bécancour). Experience in outdoor and indoor air pollution evaluation with chlorine process and other volatile products (Bécancour’s plant).

  • Large experience in modelling and digitizing systems.

Mario Caggiano, Technical engineering – industrial systems (HVAC)

  • 18 years of experience and expertise in industrial, commercial and institutional applications of technical programs, emergency assistance in dessicative and mechanical dehumidification as well as temperature and ventilation control systems.

  • Developed several protocols for responding to depletion of building and materials, miscellaneous projects in construction and water damage.

  • Inventor of a new patented system in dessicative dehumidification (EXP).

  • Acquired several military and civil accreditations.

  • Professional member of the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineers) 

David McDougall, Civil engineer technician and bachelor in administration

  • Acquired several educational program in indoor air quality after loss.

  • CTI certified (Environmental Consultants Inc.) in indoor air quality evaluation and asbestos after loss.

  • NADCA qualified (National Air Duct Cleaner Association) as a Air System Certified Specialist.

  • 15 years of experience in indoor air quality evaluation.

  • 18 years of experience in cleaning and decontamination of CVAV systems.

  • 18 years of experience manufacturing cleaning and decontamination equipment for ventilation systems and air treatment.

  • Development of microbial sampling protocol for C.V.A.C systems.

  • Development of microbial sampling protocol after a loss.

  • Certified for confined space work.
