Infrared thermography is a technology that produces video-quality images from thermal patterns and temperature differences as small as 1/20°F. This technology enables real-time, non-destructive analysis of building structure, assemblies and materials, including humidity / moisture concentration & detection through temperature differentials, HVAC systems, and plumbing or electrical components. Specific applications include water intrusion, condensation problems air leakage, insulation checks, subsurface heat sources, and verification of construction details.
